An irregular weave or print or stitch may not be mistaken for a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

IN ALL CASES OF RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS, YOU CAN RAISE THE REQUEST FROM 'MY ACCOUNT' SECTION WITH EASE,

YOU CAN DROP US A MAIL AT support@bhailionline.com AND YOU WILL GET A REVERT WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS. RETURN REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ENTERTAINED IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED ONLY UNTEMPERED PACKAGE.

RETURN POLICY

  • If a customer wants to return a product, then he/she needs to raise a request from ‘MY ACCOUNT’ Section, or e-mail us at support@bhailionline.com within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel. Please mention your order number in the subject box of the e-mail, to help us quickly process return.
  • Bhaili doesn’t have a reverse pick up facility. Therefore, if any product needs to be returned, you will have to courier the same to us at our Corporate Office Address in Delhi (mentioned on the website) yourself. Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable returns address.
  • In case of return, a fixed amount of Rs. 300/- will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded, for the fixed costs that have been incurred by BHAILI to deliver the product to you.
  • Once we receive the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. We will initiate the replacement only if the product/s is/are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, price and other tags attached to the product, shoe boxes or dust bags, as applicable. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once approved as an item eligible to be returned, we will proceed to refund your money of the appropriate amount within 2-3 working days. If, however, the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario, your return proceedings will be completed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Bhaili will not be responsible for any damage that happens during return shipping.
  • The returns can be processed only through Bank Refund. We will refund the amount minus Rs. 300/- per package returned, as informed above, in your bank account. We will need the following bank details to process the refund –
    1. Name of the customer,
    2. Account no.,
    3. IFSC Code, and
    4. Branch Name of your Bank.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), there will be no refund, but we will replace the product with a new piece, and initiate shipping of the same once we receive the defected product back and validate the return. We will initiate the replacement only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, price and other tags attached to the product, shoe boxes or dust bags, as applicable. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You will still have to arrange for shipment of the product back to BHAILI, as we DO NOT have the facility of reverse pick up. The shipping charges to return a damaged/defective/incorrect product to BHAILI will be refunded, provided we get an authentic shipping bill by e-mail.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by bhailionline.com and accept its decision regarding return validation, i.e. whether the product is eligible to be accepted as a return or not. Non-valid returns will be sent back to the customer, and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated returns of product(s) from a customer, i.e. returns for more than 50% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders will be accepted on no cancellation, no return, and no refund basis. Afterwards, all future orders will be processed on the mentioned conditions.
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
    1. Accessories
    2. Home Décor
    3. Handbags
    4. Jewellery
    5. On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing that order by contacting us at support@bhailionline.com (Please mention your order number in the subject box of the e-mail, to help us quickly process cancellation ) or calling us at 7042447390 (between 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday).

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount of purchase.
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We do not have reverse pick up facility. Therefore, in case of cancellation of an order that has already been dispatched, you will have to accept the order and then initiate its return to BHAILI. We do not have a reverse pick up facility. Therefore, you will have to ship the product back to us at our Corporate Office address in New Delhi (mentioned on the website). The value of the order minus Rs. 300/- (for the fixed costs that have been incurred by BHAILI to deliver the product to you), will be refunded. In this case, the refund will be processed once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition. We will initiate the refund only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, price and other tags attached to the product, shoe boxes or dust bags, as applicable.   • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. In case of COD orders, banking details will have to intimated by the customer for refund. Refusal of COD orders, in case of cancellation after 24 hours will lead to barring of COD facility for future orders with Bhaili.
  • Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bhaili and accept Bhaili’s decision regarding cancellation of product(s).

CANCELLATION BY BHAILI:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A SMALLER/BIGGER SIZE?

  • You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at support@bhailionline.com mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
  • You will have to courier the product to be exchanged, back to us. Bhaili doesn’t provide a reverse pick-up facility. We will get a fresh piece made in the new required size once we receive back the product to be exchanged and verify its packaging/condition. We will initiate the exchange process only if the product is received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, price and other tags attached to the product, shoe boxes or dust bags, as applicable. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • The new piece will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
